Products Used in this Project: BSF/BCC Connector

The Butz Residence Location Lehigh County, PA Precaster Universal Concrete Products This personal residence utilizes the beams and columns as both the house's structural frame as well as an architectural element. By not using traditional corbels they instead opted for the BSF "Invisible Corbel". This home was recently honored with an award for precast systems by the Delaware Valley chapter of the American Concrete Institute. The Butz residence was also featured in the spring 2001 Issue of "The Precast Press", the newsletter for the Mid-Atlantic Precast Association.
